I had a dreadful experience with them.
Constant and considerable pitch fee (rent) increases with very dubious reasons given. Lack of any facilities on the park whatsoever apart from an expensive broken down washing machine and tumble dryer. Caravans packed just 10 or 15 feet apart at best like sardines in a tin, this means you can hear your neighbours every argument, snoring, and flatulence all night. They market themselves as a ''green'' park yet the whole park's electricity supply is ''brown'' energy i.e fossil fuel!
TWO MONTH winter close season during which no discount is given on pitch fees despite not being able to stay there.
Lakes are poor swims cluttered with no big carp at all to go for. Also experienced very ugly side taking and judgemental, cliquey behaviour against me from their own and the local fishing crowd.
They take 15% on top of each and every purchase within the park, (despite the caravans not belonging to them in any way), ignore polite requests to remove hideous invasive trees which are ruining your sunlight and encouraging wildlife to poo all over your roof and walls, and If they don't like you they will happily abort your contract and leave you with a completely ruined investment (used, older caravans have pathetic resale value and it costs several hundred to move them).
They even have the nerve to try and charge a £450 disconnection fee just for cutting a few wires.. Annoying rules such as annual gas safety checks are unnecessary and just add to the already huge expense. The insurance costs are enormous as well.
I recommend have nothing to do with them whatsoever.
    NB
My name is Tom Birmingham and I was a resident, owner and customer there (VERY unfortunate choice that was) for three years from 2013 to 2016.
